The semi between John John and Kelly was crazy epic.  The final between Gabriel and Slater was super sick.

I thought Kelly won the final - but it was so close - like .03 difference between final scores. I think Gabriel's stylish flying dismount kickouts caught the judges eye and was the difference. But what do I know? The final scores were so tight. If Kelly would have stuck his 360 chop hop kickout he probably would have won.

Is Gabriel on his way to being crowned world champion? Mathematically Kelly has a chance.

Kelly needs a win at Trestles.  Hopefully there will be a swell.
